I love Honda! We only own Hondas. I will keep buying Hondas. But I will not do so at Honda of the Avenues. We went in for two items for service: oil change and our We only own Hondas. I will keep buying Hondas. But I will not do so at Honda of the Avenues. We went in for two items for service: oil change and our back up camera popped off on the back of our Honda Pilot. We could hold the camera on and it was fully functioning just now staying on. Dan was the service lead. Oil change, great, hard to mess up. For the back up camera they said we needed a whole new one for $500. I said I’m good I will try doing myself. Dan says don’t use any glue it could mess it up. I’m waiting as they are finishing it up and he tells me that they were able to get it on but no video showing. Sure enough, they glued it back on and not working. I call Dan and he says to come back a week later because his tech is on vacation. I come back and he doesn’t even make tech look at it. Blames me and says there’s no one to tell that it was working before we brought it to them. He brings out his boss and she is just as helpless claiming no responsibility. So I will never be returning to this location and I hope you contemplate it as well. Bad apples will continue to be bad unless there is pressure. More

I was very surprised by the professionalism and attention I received from the first call until the end of the service. Dan listened to me carefully and helped me through the process. I had a recall. I had never received treatment like this before (I was surprised). The driver who gave me a ride was also very professional (I don't remember his name). I've had very good experiences with the service dept, especially Dan, who is my go to guy. I got in and out with 4 new tires on a Monday without an appointment and the cost was reasonable. Everyone here was more than helpful, greeting me and my girls in the car, gave me a clear understanding of everything that they were doing and kept me updated via phone when something needed to be communic girls in the car, gave me a clear understanding of everything that they were doing and kept me updated via phone when something needed to be communicated. They shuttled me and my kids to and from the mall while the car was being worked on and then got me safely in the car in the pouring rain. Excellent service all around! More

My service person Dan was excellent. My only issue is that every time I have my oil change the service dept. never resets the button and my icon on my dash shows I need service. I always must return and this takes time and is an inconvenience. Please tell the service dept. to finish their job correctly. This has happened multiple times. More
