He was so personable and made me feel very comfortable. He let me drive every jeep I was interested in. I didn't buy a car that day but while on the drive in one of the jeeps Craig expressed his interest in the dodge dart. I used to have a dodge neon and I loved it so after we were done test driving the jeep I left and Craig assured me he would help me find something I loved that was in my budget. I came back to the dealership about a month later to test drive a dodge dart because his great review of the car stuck with me. The second I drove the car off the lot I fell in love. It was such a smooth ride. Craig along with Jamie helped me stay in my budget and drive home in my brand new dodge dart that same night. I am very happy with how well I was treated and not once did I ever feel I was being taken advantage of like how i felt in my previous car buying experience. They went above and beyond and for that I am very greatful and I will continue recommending Craig and his Taylor Dodge family. More

I went to another dealer early that day, South Oak Dodge were I was not treated so great and they made me very upset. I called over to Taylor where I purchased my previous car and they went out of their way to make me feel better and come see them. When I got to Taylor Ray was with other customers running around like the ninja he is but still greeted me. Ben came out to make me feel welcome and he apologized how I was treated at the other place. He asked me what I was interested in and pulled that vehicle up and then Ray asked Craig to assist me with the car. Craig was amazing. He explained everything that the Journey was equipped with and made me feel like that it would be a perfect fit. After test driving I knew that it was the car for me. I explained my financial situation and they did great working with me on this. Craig and Ray both did great making me feel at home thru out the paperwork process. Jaime did wonderful explaining all the financing paperwork and got processed out fast. Even though we finished way after when the dealership closed no one made me feel rushed. I will always come back to see my family at Taylor and will tell everyone what a great job they do there! More

When it became obvious that we would need a new car, our first in a long time, we were really dreading the whole process. Previous experience had taught us to expect salesmen who talked fast, faked their smile, and left you thinking you'd been taken to the cleaners. But the folks at Taylor couldn't have been more different. It took us a few visits to find the perfect car and everyone we met along the way was helpful, courteous, and friendly. They went above and beyond to help put us behind the wheel of the car that best fit our needs, offering their personal cell numbers and keeping in touch through email and Facebook. Salesman Craig Courtney even went out of his way to see that our Jeep had a towing hitch installed just in time to take a long road trip the day we picked it up! How's that for service?! When dealing with him you feel as though he really cares for the long run, and is not just in it for the paycheck. He made the car buying experience relaxing and fun. I would definitely recommend him to others. We had a couple of things we needed fixed on the vehicle we purchased and he and Bryan the sales manager made sure they would be taken care of. Jim Crosswell is a straight shooter and did everything he could to make the deal and keep us within our budget. Which was not easy since we were carrying over debt from our trade. I would recommend Taylor Chrysler to everyone many times over. More
