I used to own an Accord but bought a Honda Civic hybrid I used to own an Accord but bought a Honda Civic hybrid last year, although it got good gas mileage it did not have a lot of power and I quickly I used to own an Accord but bought a Honda Civic hybrid last year, although it got good gas mileage it did not have a lot of power and I quickly learned this winter that it did not do nearly as well in the snow. I set out to replace my Civic for another Accord and during my research I happened upon a video comparing the Accord to the Camry. I was impressed so I starting looking online for the perfect Camry. I found several I was interested in but when I called Oxmoor Toyota about a slightly used certified vehicle the sales person Will Moberly answered all my questions and totally put my mind at ease about coming in to the lot and just checking it out. I must admit I was apprehensive about coming to a big lot with a trade in that I still owed money on because I have had several bad experiences and have heard horror stories about trading in a car and not getting anything for it. I agreed to come and Will understood my fears, he offered no pressure tactics and promised to be quick and if I did not feel like it was the car or deal for me there would be no pressure and I could leave. In negotiations I met Cory Morris who I found out I had already talked to while he was on his day off the day before about another car. I spoke to several people and dealers through the course of my research but Cory and Will made me feel safe and comfortable. Needless to say, I loved the car and it drove so smoothly, was beautiful and did wonderfully in the snow. I was sold. Now, for the financial part...I told him what I could afford monthly, what I hoped to get out of my car and what interest rate I hoped for and with the help of Terry Boardman and the manager who agreed to offer me more for my trade in I actually drove out of there with my beautiful blue Toyota Camry that I absolutely love at the price I could afford and an excellent interest rate and could not be happier. I feel like they moved heaven and earth to help me get into my new car on terms I would be happy with. I will recommend Oxmoor Toyota to others and will definitely consider them for my next purchase. We came in to only test drive a Prius. We did not intend on making a purchase. Cory was not a smarmy car salesman. He was accommodating and knowledgable. We appreciated his manner and tenacity. We had already made a deal with another dealership. As far as we can tell, this dealership accessed this information through Toyota and called us at the last minute before we arrived at the other dealersh far as we can tell, this dealership accessed this information through Toyota and called us at the last minute before we arrived at the other dealership. Derrick Spratt called us and made an offer on an identical vehicle to the one we were getting ready to close on. Both the price and the interest rate were significantly better than the deal we were getting ready to close. I was frankly suspicious of this whole thing, but my husband wanted to check it out so we drove to the dealership. Mr. Spratt met us at the door, but then immediately turned us over to Cory Morris. Mr Morris reiterated that they could make us this deal. After taking our financial information and telling us we were approved, they then tried to sell us a different vehicle to the one we wanted with the same monthly payment we were going to get at the other dealership. They claimed it was a better vehicle than the one we had intended to buy and therefore we should be willing to take it at the same monthly payment as the other place. They claimed that they had only had one vehicle left like the one we wanted that they had offered to us at the lower price, but it had been sold. THE ONLY REASON WE HAD EVEN CONSIDERED THIS DEAL WAS BECAUSE THEY HAD GUARANTEED US THE LOWER MONTHLY PAYMENT. THIS TURNED OUT TO BE A LIE! We considered this to be a "bait and switch" situation. We told Mr. Morris this and we immediately left the dealership. We returned to the original dealership and closed the deal with them. But this wild goose chase cost us an hour and a half of time, meaning we were much later getting everything done where we bought the car. It ruined our afternoon and evening and was a horrible experience. We will never do business with that dealership again. We also plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. More

When i visited Oxmoor Toyota Cory greeted me with a smile and was happy to show me the truck that I was interested in. My experience was great because Cory was very polite and did work with me on the price a and was happy to show me the truck that I was interested in. Sales person was nice until he got the check. Told me vehicle was made in Japan. It's made in Korea. Said he would help with certain things, and call me back! Did not. Miss Donna goes out of her way to help me every single time I've ever been in need of anything with my RAV4 or other vehicles. Can't really say enough good things about her and all she does to be service time I've ever been in need of anything with my RAV4 or other vehicles. Can't really say enough good things about her and all she does to be service oriented. She was the 1st person that came to mind when I needed to buy a used car. She put me in touch with James who searched long and hard to find me what I wanted in my price range. He kept calling me to check in and give me car updates... He's from Wisconsin so he has to be a good guy :) He called me to come look at the corolla when that came available. James was with another client when I arrived so he introduced me to Cory. Cory was great too!!! He went out of his way to offer me excellent service (filled the car with gas before the test drive), offered to get me coffee and completed the financing for me so I didn't have to wait!!! The manager there is always very friendly and makes you want to come back. These are the types of things that make you confident with giving them referrals and sending them more business. More

Contacted lot via phone, Cory Morris was very receptive of what I was looking for. He told me he would meet me to show me the vehicle. I arrived and Cory was very receptive and attentive, asked questions of what I was looking for. He told me he would meet me to show me the vehicle. I arrived and Cory was very receptive and attentive, asked questions on what I was looking for and why. I didn't drive the vehicle that night as it was getting late. The next day Cory stayed in contact via text, as I was tied up with work. I did not make it in on Thursday to see the vehicle, but Cory was very attentive and we touched base on Friday a few times, and finally I was able to get in and test drive. Cory said he would have truck up front when I arrived, and he did! We went for the test drive and while on the drive, he called the previous owner of the vehicle and I was able to speak to the prior owner. I thought that was EXTREME customer service from Cory Morris. We arrived back at dealer, we talked about price I was willing to spend etc. I asked for a pre buyer inspection at my expense and that was no issue. Had the vehicle inspected, passed with good grades. Cory worked with me every step of the way to ensure that things were acceptable. That day, Friday, Cory stayed over until I was finished with finance to ensure to hand me the keys for my new vehicle. At most dealerships, you generally never hear from a salesman again until its time for trade in time, NOT in this deal, Cory followed up with a courtesy call on Saturday to Thank me again, and to check to see if I was still happy with the truck, which I am. And on Monday, Cory was a proactive salesman and wanted to see if I had got a chance to enjoy the vehicle any over the weekend and to check to see what I thought of it. Cory Morris is an asset to Oxmoor Toyota, but also a reliable, and upfront person to deal with when buying a car. I would send anyone to see him and feel comfortable that he would treat them as a family member. Thanks Cory, will see you at the next purchase I make! More

I have brought several cars in my lifetime, but Mr Morris in my opinion was above and beyond the most courteous helpful salesman I've encountered in a long time.
