Happy Husband!!! My husband was driving a 1998 Dodge Ram that had 229000 miles on it. We have been looking for a good used truck for quite awhile. We quickly realized that there are not many used trucks that were in our price range. We drove thru Oxmoor Toyota Tuesday evening and came across a nice Dodge Ram that was priced at $34000 which was more than we wanted to spend. We just glanced at the inside and figured we would just keep looking but Cory saw us and the rest is history! He agreed that the price was a little high and told Todd he would call him back the next day. He called the next morning and came down on the price much more than we expected. We met him that afternoon to take a test drive and we were shocked at how loaded this truck was! We had no idea! Cory was great, he was very straight forward . None of the typical "car salesman" games which was refreshing. We were in and out of there faster than we have ever been when purchasing a new vehicle. Thanks Cory.. We'll call you when we are ready to buy another! More

Excellent Sales Expierience with Cory Morris I had come across the river from a bad experience with a Southern Indiana Toyota dealer (more on that in another post) and Cory met me and was very st I had come across the river from a bad experience with a Southern Indiana Toyota dealer (more on that in another post) and Cory met me and was very straightforward about the lease arrangement I was seeking. I was looking to lease a new 2014 Prius and Toyota had been advertising a standard offer on them with fixed terms. Cory was somewhat confused about one particular term of the lease but he cleared it up promptly. The most important thing to me when buying a new car is to get the straight story and not to get pressured to take a deal that I do not want. This was the third Prius I had bought and was actually looking to lease my first car ever. So I had a lot of questions regarding lease terms. Cory remained very professional and straightforward during the pre-sales experience and continued to do so through the sales cycle once I agreed to the terms. He seems very customer focused and would check in with me periodically to be sure the process was going the way I wanted and was comfortable with. After the sale was complete and I had taken the car, the next day Cory called me to check in and see if I was still happy with my purchase, which was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. He also mentioned that he had noticed a small imperfection with the rear bumper decal that protects the bumper and that he would send a note to his colleague in service that when I came in to have my car serviced the first time (free service for the first two years, sweet ;) to attend to that matter while the car was being serviced. Obviously, I appreciated the gesture. In summary, I was pleased with the sales experience and the paperwork was done professionally and as painlessly as possible. I heartily recommend Cory Morris as a sales professional and will do business with him and Oxmoor Toyota in the future and will refer my friends as well. More

Exceptional Service My husband and I originally went to Oxmoor Ford and we were treated very poor. We have bad credit as a result of an incident several years ago and we are rebuilding. We both have great jobs and make very good money. Oxmoor Ford treated us as if we were not worth the trouble and showed us vehicles less valuable then the car we already owned. We then went to Oxmoor Toyota and we were immediately greeted by Cory . He was very informative and made us feel just as important as someone with exceptional credit. I hate purchasing vehicles and put through the stress of what it entails but Cory never made us feel that way. He was excellent and we will defiantly refer anyone looking for a vehicle to ask for him. Thanks for all your help Cory!!! More

New Experience My husband and I started looking at Camry's & Corolla's online. I had a specific color, style & options in mind. I knew exactly what I was looking for My husband and I started looking at Camry's & Corolla's online. I had a specific color, style & options in mind. I knew exactly what I was looking for. We found a Silver Corolla w/Cloth interior with a Moonroof. That was part of my specifics. I called Oxmoor Toyota to see if this car I found online was still available and spoke to Cory. I explained the reason for the call and gave him the Stock number of the Corolla. He in turn went out to the lot to see if the car was still there. At first, I was sceptical when he said it was there. But he started telling me things that I knew and he would know by seeing the car. I was impressed. My husband and I went out there the next day to check it out and I fell in love with the car. Cory is awesome at what he does. I informed him that I deal with sales counselors everyday in my line of work and not to try to "pull the wool over my eyes". He didn't. He let me make my own decision. My husband and I both drove the car and decided that this was the one. Thank you Cory for a good experience. You are a talented professional and we respect you for that. I am inclined to not have a lot of trust or faith in car salesmen but working with Cory was a pleasure. He is very good at what he does and executed his sales strategy perfectly. I knew exactly what he wa salesmen but working with Cory was a pleasure. He is very good at what he does and executed his sales strategy perfectly. I knew exactly what he was doing and why he was saying the things he was saying in order to resolve our doubts and to sell the main decision maker (aka my wife) and I still got sold by him! He did a fantastic job of meeting our needs and getting the price around where we wanted it. After buying the car he has already called me 4 times and left 2 voicemails and is still working his butt off to give us a valuable and rewarding experience. As I said before, I am often skeptical of cars salesmen but with Cory I felt like he truly had our needs and interest in mind when he was selling us our car. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the experience and I hope to work with Cory again in the future. More

Having searched for a used Toyota Prius V for a few months, I recognized a likely opportunity when I saw a new listing without photos in cars.com from Oxmoor Toyota. Though I had never used them before months, I recognized a likely opportunity when I saw a new listing without photos in cars.com from Oxmoor Toyota. Though I had never used them before, I gave Oxmoor Toyota a call. Cory answered my call and was glad to chase down the car and describe it to me on the phone, even though it was 7:30 on a cold February evening. I then drove to the dealership where Cory and I met to do a test drive. The car was as he described and he worked with me until 10 pm to close the deal and make sure all details were covered. Following the sale, he kept me up to date through phone calls on the status of delivery preparation over the next two days as the car was prepared and detailed for delivery. The car was ready to pick-up when promised and Cory introduced me to Vadim, who took time to explain how to use the technology in the car including connecting my android phone to the car and demonstrating the parking assist feature. When I left the dealership, I was well informed. Normally I have an aversion to the car sales process, but this transaction went smoothly, quickly, and they followed through on all that was discussed. I am glad to recommend Cory and Oxmoor Toyota to anyone looking for a car. The experience was good enough that I plan to give their service department a try for oil changes and routine maintenance. More
