Cory was very nice from the beginning his keywords he use was we are not in any hurry. He was very kind, he didn't pressure me at all. When I purchased my vehicle there was still a few things that was needed. He took care of at and he did so at my convenience. So let me just say for me to take the time to this , that shows that he did a great job. Now I may have giving a four on the price but let's face it you have to complain about something lol. On May 12, 2013 I purchased a vehicle for the first time in over 16 years. It was also my firs Toyota (Tacoma). The approach taken by Cory Morris and the rest of the Oxmoor Toyota staff was very up front, in over 16 years. It was also my firs Toyota (Tacoma). Cory Morris was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He very fairly pointed out the plusses and minuses of the vehicle, which was 10 years old. It was my daughter's first experience at a car dealership, and she left with a good impression. Cory is an experienced professional that I would gladly refer people to. Apparently I happened to time the purchase well and got a great deal on a 2003 Toyota Matrix for my college-aged daughter. I had not planned on making a deal that evening, but could not pass up the opportunity when the sales manager accepted the best offer I could make, within a few hundred bucks. Corey was friendly and approachable in helping us find a vehicle that met our needs as well as within our budget needs. He was honest about his thoughts on the cars as well as assuring as that he wanted us vehicle that met our needs as well as within our budget needs. My wife and I went looking for a minivan and we were originally thinking about purchasing a new vehicle. Cory was extremely polite and helpful. I was looking for a dependable used vehicle after being in a very bad accident. Cory did a great job. I told him what I needed and my price range. Cory was a pleasure to work with. He was efficient, friendly, and thorough. I left some personal belongings in my trade-in, and he found them and set them aside for me to pick up the next day, which wa friendly, and thorough. He didn't haggle back and forth with us on price, he just gave us the bottom line and let us decide whether that worked for us or not. This is the second car that I have purchased through Oxmoor Toyota. I was there for an oil change with my 2010 Camry SE and went to look at the 2012 Camry is the showroom. Cory was very helpful in showing the highlights of the vehicle and Keith was excellent at explaining the details of leasing. I am now the proud owner/leaser of a 2012 Camry SE. The service department has never been better. Making a reservation is easy and their work has always been completed in a timely manner with never any problems or delays. They very friendly and the prices and coupons will keep me coming back again and again. More
