Same problem as last 3 times I came in; Service Manager said he would call Hyundai. Tried to explain on last survey that the people at charging station want you to move from charge spot once screen reads c said he would call Hyundai. You send these messages, but I don’t think anyone cares what is written! I don’t know who Hector is, but maybe the Service Manager will let him know what he observed with the charging system? The last two times I brought car in for the SAME reason I was told it had been put on charge and fixed; someone outright lied! I noted the charge percentage each time AND it was not changed! I’ve put charge amount up to 90% just so I can get to 80% as recommended! I’m seriously thinking about just parking car until I turn it in in June; don’t want to keep spending time at dealership! More
