Family is the only place I take my car for service. My latest experience was with Ricky Gushi, the salesman. He wasn't "pushy" didn't try to "convince" me of anything. He brought up every car that he thought I would like. That was a lot of running back and forth. He made the whole experience seem easy. He took care of all the little details. Josh reached out to make sure everything was running smoothly with the car and to ask if I had any questions. Yesterday I went into Family Hyundai to get my first oil change which was free! I knew every third oil change was free but the initial change being free was a pleasant surprise! They even gave the car a nice wash and topped off all the fluids in a timely manner.
