Colin demonstrates the ability to effectively utilize resource available to him; thus, leaving me feeling confident that solutions presented are the best available and in my best interest. The quality of WORK by the service department is excellent. Since purchasing my vehicle (new), my 2015 Genesis has only been service by Family Hyundai. Outstanding Service I brought my 2016 Elantra to show the that I had a blue screen on the radio in reverse. Colin checked with parts and the part was in stock so he immed I brought my 2016 Elantra to show the that I had a blue screen on the radio in reverse. Colin checked with parts and the part was in stock so he immediately asked me if I had an hour so they could fix it right then and there. Great Customer Service from Colin. I would highly recommend Family Hyundai for Service. I was GM tech for 30 years and a GM Service and Parts Director for eight years so I know Great Customer Service when I see it. More
