Loyalty doesn’t mean much anymore I’ve had my 2012 Sonata for 7 years and have had my front brakes done 3 times. Everytime I get them repaired, I’m paying for rotors. It seems weird. I drive my car for A to B. I rely on this dealership to help me save money, not spend more. Also, not sure what the policy is regarding loaner vehicles on Saturday but I saw plenty of them and ask for one when I was told my service would be up to 3 hours (I waited 4). Though I will continue to have my car serviced here, I will not purchase another Hyundai. More

Easy to get oil change I love that I can just drop in after work and get my oil changed. Great service team! Colin is amazing. He recognizes his past customers, is friendly, professional, listens carefully to customers concerns and descriptions when bringing Colin is amazing. He recognizes his past customers, is friendly, professional, listens carefully to customers concerns and descriptions when bringing in cars for maintenance and/or repair and strives to ensure all repairs are up to high standards. Mike also went out of his way when I stopped in a different day with a technical/phone issue. It was a simple fix (for him-not for me!) and he was able to assist during a busy lunchtime and was super pleasant! More
