My complimentary Gensesis 15,000 mile service was scheduled for 4PM. The day of, at 3PM the valet texted that he'd come to pick up my car at 3:15 (45 minutes early). He arrived at 3:15 and return was scheduled for 4PM. The day of, at 3PM the valet texted that he'd come to pick up my car at 3:15 (45 minutes early). He arrived at 3:15 and returned my car at 5:30. Fortunately, I was home at 3:15. Appointment times, once scheduled, should be kept! More
