Sharon met us in the parking lot while we were looking at some pre-owned cars. She invited us to her office and, 20 minutes later, we were purchasing a brand new Kia Soul. She made it very clear from the beginning that the price she quoted included all the taxes/fees. No surprises. Everybody treated us in a very, very friendly way and we got a fair deal. By the way, 1,500 km and 2 weeks later we can say that we love our Kia Soul. Right size for us, easy to drive, all the amenities we need and GREAT on gas. More

John was proficient in his dealings with us. He knows his product and is a good listener who understood what we were looking for and at what price point. John was able to incorporate the details we wanted added at a reasonable price to supply the complete vehicle package we were looking for. New Kia Soul 2018 I have been working with the new management at Straightline Kia for the last several months to sort out some complications that I had as a result of a I have been working with the new management at Straightline Kia for the last several months to sort out some complications that I had as a result of another dealership. When Tanner called to invite me in I was hopeful but cautious. I am very happy to say everything went well. I was given a very fair trade-in value on my previous vehicle and Tanner took the time to answer all of my questions (there were a lot!) and to ensure that I was getting the vehicle I really wanted. Instead of rushing me off the lot, he ensured that everything was inspected and that I knew what each component of my vehicle was about. Tanner and Brad took the time to find the exact vehicle I wanted within the city when the colour I was seeking wasn’t initially at their location. Cody was a fabulous source of information when it came time to work on financing, and he made sure that all of my paperwork was clear and accurate. I’ve had my car for a week and it has already taken me and a large group of friends hiking. It is a pleasure to drive and good to know that I will be able to rely on this dealership in the future.
