She has the rare ability to guide the customer through the entire sales process in a friendly, courteous and totally stress-free manner while at the same time being the consummate professional--knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. She knows almost as much about the BMW you are going to buy as the manual itself, and she is very generous in sharing that information with you. She is a skilled negotiator who somehow manages to end up at a price with which you are comfortable and can agree. She adds many personal touches along the way and you feel that you are dealing with a friend and not someone who is trying to "make a sale". I have always loved cars and I love to drive--but buying a new car--not so much. In my 85 years of living I have been to many dealerships and often it's not a pleasant experience. Without hesitation I can say that Flemington BMW is by far the best dealership of any brand that I have done business with. It seems that all the employees that I met so far are cut from the same cloth. She replied quickly to my questions and requests. Bill and Cindy arrange their schedules to be available the day after I arrived in US without hesitation. They had the car I was interested in ready for a test drive as soon as I arrived at the dealership. Bill meticulously went through the car’s features and provided a hassle free car buying experience.
