They were very thorough and clear when explaining my options and were also very quick in response regarding my questions and concerns, not to mention that they both made me very comfortable talking to them. With all that I was able to have all the paper work done and drive my new beamer home within a week and Tom provided me a to-do list (I am a PA resident) which makes things much easier. I would highly recommend Flemington BMW and definitely a FIVE STAR to Tom. More

For my first time even looking at a BMW, I was reassured through my first contact that my total experience would be as it should. Once I arrived, I was introduced to Agata Grzebyk, the Client Advisor. I would have to write a couple pages to sum up my exhilarating experience with Agata. I will just say that Agata represents what a car buying experience should be on every level. It is because of Agata I have my bmw5series in my driveway and I am enjoying every moment in it. My wife and I determined to buy a car from Flemington BMW 5 minuets after we met Jason Tornberg in person. Before this, we have visited 2 other BMW dealers. It was not only the price that made us walking away, but also was the attitude and impression of the services. We did not feel they really want to know our request and expectation. Jayson however is professional yet straightforward providing us honest information we need to make a decision right away. For the price, he knows when to insist and when to compromise. We ended up with a number that both parties are happy. We scheduled an appointment and Dan met us at the dealership. Car was ready for the ride. Dan explained me all details about the car, how to better drive to feel the difference. Then we proceed to my car appraisal. Everything was quick and fair. Suggested price for my car was true to market also the price for BMW car was also very good and fair. We came next day to complete the deal and while waiting for the documents decided to try X3. My wife loved it :) and we traded our second car and change it to X3. Dan moved all the staff from our old cars to the new ones. Rebeccca prepared all document in advance for the second car and all process took 30 minutes. Amazing dealership. They were OK with my 5-year old daughter sat in all cars including i8. Would come to this dealership for all services and for the next BMWs for sure. More
