I had been looking for a car that would be stylish, tech-savvy (and SAV - Sports Activity Vehicle), modern in design, agile, secure, affordable, rewarding for all the loving family members and something that my brand conscious friends would envy when looking at it! The buying experience was so painless that I felt that I just had to be here but no where else. It was a rewarding experience to see Bill Hinton and his sales team understand my needs and ultimately putting me behind wheels of a feature rich product that has exceeded my expectation. Bill is a very good client advisor and he helped us make the choice clear after we assessed several vehicles in comfort and type/style.... never once, during the buying experience, did I feel like I had think too much or go overboard to buy a vehicle any bigger or bolder than what I would need to fill recreational and business needs. I have in my hands a powerful machine that I have desired and in exactly the category (SAV) that would help shape a dream travel plan with family. Backed Up Their Great Service Claim Had a couple of issues w/ my new Pre -Certified purchase. I live out of State after failing to resolve the issues by phone they sent Trevor to my hous Had a couple of issues w/ my new Pre -Certified purchase. I live out of State after failing to resolve the issues by phone they sent Trevor to my house w/ a loaner while he took the car in for servicing. It was returned 2 days later all issues resolved. Everyone has been polite & professional especially Howard, Cindy and Bobby in service. The entire purchasing process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a BMW. I was drawn to them because they are part of the Costco Auto Buying program which makes it just an extra plus. More

While I didn't have several choices to look at and test drive (and this was based on my preferences), I really liked the one that I test drove and eventually ended up buying. My review is for the people I interacted with. For starters, an online inquiry was handled by Cindy. She was professional all the way through and never was too pushy with her follow up communications. Definitely recommend Cindy. She was awesome. My sales adviser was Howard. He was fantastic. The kind of guy who has been in the sales business for a long time, yet friendly and very personable. When we went for a test drive, he ensured that I got a through test drive, from curvy, bumpy roads to some highway driving. I really liked that part since that gave me a good feel for the car. When we sat down to talk numbers, he was just as awesome. He helped us get the price we wanted and was very easy to work with. I have had experiences where sales advisers are great with the test drive and talking to the details about the car, but when it comes to the negotiating, they get disrespectful. That was not the case with Howard. He was upfront about what wouldn't work and I appreciated that. He even helped me get my insurance setup with the new car, recommending some worthwhile changes along the way! To summarize, I would definitely recommend Flemington BMW and especially Howard. I am pretty sure you would have a pleasant buying experience with him! More

Brian helped me and it was a no pressure experience. As a result, I bought a used 528i Xdrive the next day. To be honest, after my first 70mile one-way commute, I told my wife I she was now my first wife. Anyway, I change my rating. I think the email communications could have been more friendly, but overall I'll buy my next BMW from them. I'd visited the location Today, 9/30. Id visited on a Sunday looking for a BMD. I found a couple of 535 Xdrive I was really interested in. Receptionist completely ignored me. She looked at me once and then went back to doing her work and answering the phone. The guy in the glass office, as you face north, saw me and he ignored me. There were sales people sitting at their desks with out customers. I shrugged my shoulders and slowly walked out. Not the kind of service I would expect from a BMW dealer. I also was emailing back and forth with Cindy A. Her communication skills were so poor I visited the Mt. Laruel BMW, where I received much better customer service. I'll probably still end up with a BMW, but certainly not from Flemington BMW. I visited the show room between 1 and 2pm. More

Found the perfect car at an outstanding BMW dealer. After months of checking both online and via the phone with numerous BMW dealers in the Philadelphia and South/Central New Jersey area, I finally foun After months of checking both online and via the phone with numerous BMW dealers in the Philadelphia and South/Central New Jersey area, I finally found the exact model BMW I was looking for at Flemington BMW. My initial communication started with Cindy Amin who was very responsive in providing me all the information I needed on the car I was interested in. Eventually, Cindy introduced me to James "JR" Nast. JR reached out to me and provided me with "no hassle" pricing for the car I was interested in as well, pricing for my trade. All without coming to the dealer. When I first arrived at the dealership a week later, I was very impressed by the facility. Clean, spacious, well-maintained, an advanced service area and plenty of staff to assist you. Next, I was warmly greeted by Cindy Amin. Finally, after seeing and test driving the car with JR, I knew it was the car for me. JR honored all the pricing he had given me a week earlier and even had all the paper work ready for me so that the transaction would be as easy and painless as possible. And it was! The finance manager Rebecca Kosar was knowledgeable and took the time to explain all aspects of the financial process. The sale was no pressure. JR took the time from day one to make sure I was comfortable with the entire process. Further, the staff at Flemington BMW made me feel welcomed to the Flemington family. Overall a great experience at a first-class BMW dealership. I look forward to coming back. More

My Sales team was Cindy, Noha and Jan-Michael for my X3 BMW , Or should I say my BMW sales family- because that's how I felt and was treated from the minute I walked in til I drove off the lot. I began my search on the internet and received great service and knowledgeable detail from Cindy Amin and then came in to seal the deal with Noha . Both ladies were kind, personable and patient as I decided what color and features I wanted in my new Bimmer. Noha even moved both cars next to each other so I could do a side by side comparison. Jan-Michael being a father of a little one completed the financials in no time and even let my 2y.o Lexi play with his model BMW cars from his office during the wait. Last but not least I can't forget Victor who picked me up from home to avoid me needing to return and pick up my old car later. Victor, just as the rest of the BMW family was Great ! On time , with great service as we chatted about us both being foodies on the way to my new car ! Thank you BMW you have a customer for life : ) More
