I needed to order spare key, purchase mats for inside and trunk, inspection, and many questions about understanding controls and options, putting on new 4Matic emblem which had come off in Polar Vortex, etc. The greeters, the car wash staff, and just everyone - they are all just wonderful! I wasn’t feeling well, and they all helped me so greatly to take care of the car, that it was truly heartwarming to me, and greatly appreciated, beyond expression. I will be bringing in the SL500 very soon, also, as I have had so much work done on that car, also, and will be trying to stay current with maintenance.
