Chuck was a complete xxxxxxxxx! When I called to see what was going on with my truck he told me this long story about his root canal that he had done done time ago and something abo When I called to see what was going on with my truck he told me this long story about his root canal that he had done done time ago and something about a hairdresser and how much he made an hour $246 an hour and that he was 62 and had to take a credit class for his job because he's so smart! I was in between boarding a plane for work and I just asked him simply what is wrong with my truck and he finished his story about the root canal. And then instead of tell me what's wrong with my truck he said if it runs you can get $2,000 for it because we can take it to auction if it doesn't run you can only get $500. He is awful to your customers and he should be removed from your business! If you were recording any of phone calls you would see that he's ruining your business. Also they said that my truck will only had a quart of oil in it and steel shavings which was not the case at all. I went and talked to the director of service and he said that's what my mechanic said. And when I went to check my oil to get it to a different mechanic It was full and it started right up. I don't know where you got these people but because they called my warranty and told them that xx they denied my claim. I'm still trying to get my warranty to cover my engine. It was a spun bearing in the engine that caused the problem, not the Cat converters as they were saying. Cat converters blowout not suck in. I would not recommend your Nissan Loki dealership to anyone! More harm than good that's for sure! More
