Great Service The service department was very helpful. Had to have a turn signal light changed and need to make an appointment for an oil change. They changed the The service department was very helpful. Had to have a turn signal light changed and need to make an appointment for an oil change. They changed the light and when I went to leave, they notice that the water pump might be leaking. They took care of that when they changed the oil. As I was making a trip to Kansas City the following day, I am so thankful they noticed this or I might have been stranded along the highway some place. Superior Service Department I have purchased my equinox from the dealer ship in 2012. I have taken it back for routine services. Jamie Avers had detected an issue with my vehicle I have purchased my equinox from the dealer ship in 2012. I have taken it back for routine services. Jamie Avers had detected an issue with my vehicle and explained to me I detail what had happened and that it was under warranty. I live 45 miles away so he allowed me to take a rental car home for the weekend. Everyone has always treated me with a warm welcome, honesty and respect. More

Service My Truck broke down on Freeway and they sent a tow truck to pick me up, Chuck Loader was absolutely great, they didn't have the part I needed so they My Truck broke down on Freeway and they sent a tow truck to pick me up, Chuck Loader was absolutely great, they didn't have the part I needed so they ordered it and Chuck gave me a loaner car to drive to the hotel and go sight seeing, he also called the hotel for me to make sure there was a room. Then when the part didn't show the next day, they apologized and felt really bad, When the part finally arrived they had my truck done in a few hours and they even gave me a discount on the part. This dealer ship cares about their customers. Thank you all so much More

Great Customer Service Had to jump start my car this morning, drove straight to Holm Automotive Center. The service manager, Chuck Loader, met me at the door and listened closely to my interpretation of the problem. Chuck took the car into the shop, without an appointment, and found the problem. Chuck verified that the issue would be covered by the warranty and proceeded to make the fixes. While the car was being repaired I waited in the very comfortable lounge area that Holms Automotive has. I was in-and-out very quickly, I didn’t spend a dime and my car is working great I can highly recommend the Service Department at Holm Automotive Center in Abilene, Kansas More
