Took care of my emergency I started my Monday with a dead battery in my car. Chevy Equinox-Holm Auto-Chuck Loader I recently bought my Equinox at a dealership in Olathe, Ks. I took it to Holm Chevrolet in Abilene, Ks to address a recall issue. Chuck Loader heard a I recently bought my Equinox at a dealership in Olathe, Ks. I took it to Holm Chevrolet in Abilene, Ks to address a recall issue. Chuck Loader heard a sound in my engine that I assumed was a normal 4 cylinder sound. After running a diagnostic, he told me that my engine needed some work...extensive work. They got right on it...made sure it was covered under the warranty...and got it fixed in two days. It runs perfectly now, and the engine sounds like it should. They also hooked me up with a loaner to drive while they repaired my car. Chuck (and the staff at Holm) were absolutely excellent and kind. This is the way we all want to be treated as customers and as people. Thank you. I will be back. --Chris More

Oil Change I called to see if there was any way they could work me in to get my oil changed. I said I would beg him twice and ask him pretty please...
