Needed maintenance and new tires and small problems. I had water slushing inside my rear passenger door, They fixed it, a clogged drain, it must have been dog hair. The passanger side mirror stopped f I had water slushing inside my rear passenger door, They fixed it, a clogged drain, it must have been dog hair. The passanger side mirror stopped folding in when the switch was pressed, they fixed that at no cost. Chuck kept me informed on the progress of my truck while I waited. A nice thing to do. More

quick, efficient, and professional! I needed a new car battery on my Toyota Avalon. Rather than drive 25 miles to the Toyota dealership, I called Holm Automotive. I called at 5 p.m. an I needed a new car battery on my Toyota Avalon. Rather than drive 25 miles to the Toyota dealership, I called Holm Automotive. I called at 5 p.m. and got an appointment for the next morning. They already knew that they would need to procure the battery from a local automotive parts store, as they don't stock Toyota items. That didn't prevent them from giving me an almost exact estimate of the cost and also promising the care would be ready by lunch. The cost was indeed spot on and the car was ready at 10 a.m., 2 hours early. I will definitely go to Holm Automotive in the future. More
