.Visit April 2019 Chuck Loader checked me in immediately for my service appointment on April 8th. He assured me that my car would be thoroughly checked to determine if Chuck Loader checked me in immediately for my service appointment on April 8th. He assured me that my car would be thoroughly checked to determine if I needed anything besides an oil change and tires rotated. When the service was complete, I was advised that those were the only required items and I was presented with a very reasonable bill. Chuck is always very courteous and considerate. More

My only complaint is that they did not call me, as promised, to let me know that the new tire had been received, mounted on the wheel and ready for pickup. I've had this problem before at other dealerships and is a pet peeve of mine. This review loses a star for lack of communication. More
