2 recent visits to Holm Service Dept Friday ,,March 22 (after hours) called and spoke with Jamie Avers about 2 tires losing air and I needed to make a trip to Topeka on Saturday. Jamie no Friday ,,March 22 (after hours) called and spoke with Jamie Avers about 2 tires losing air and I needed to make a trip to Topeka on Saturday. Jamie notified Chuck Loader that I would be there at 8 on Saturday morning. Chuck was there to greet me and I was in and out in approx 35 minutes. Getting me in for an appointment at the last minute was above and beyond as far as I am concerned. I then came back to Holm on Thursday for an oil change. This service department is exemplary!!! Always courteous and again was done in less than an hour. I can’t think of any other place that can match their customer service. Holm is the only place I will take my car for service. More

Great service Chuck loader treats me the way I want to be treated and none of my questions go un answered. He always lets me know what its going to cost and how lon Chuck loader treats me the way I want to be treated and none of my questions go un answered. He always lets me know what its going to cost and how long its going to take. So there's no surprises when I pay my bill or when I will get my vehicle back. I appreciate that! They have great mechanics, that have helped me many times with any questions I might have. More
