After a complaint, Volvo Canada recommended Volvo Markham. Very professional communication with Connie Cheng, then Assistant Service Manager Joe Tam took over, and the problem was identified in no time: replacement of two cam shafts was required. Parts were immediately ordered in US, and in a week the car repaired! Then, on suggestion from Joe, David Wang arranged the buyout itself. Thank you, guys keep it up. Now I know where to go for any future servicing. More
