Upon arrival I was greeted by Christine Finch with a kind smile and a kind word which consistent anytime I come to Phillips to purchase a car or have service done. I explained to Christine the nature of the visit was not only for brakes but for various reasons. I knew this would be a costly visit simply because of all of the issues this car was having. Although the appraisal took three hours, I was not surprised because I know how thorough the Mechanics are when checking a vehicle. It would have been nice to have some coffee, however, the vending machine for coffee is STILL broke and the vending machine next to it was leaking water all over the floor. I will say, there was always someone attentive to the water on the floor, wiping the mess up very often. When Christine approached me with the list of repairs, my hunch proved accurate, allot of work=allot of money. In the process, Christine did a great job explaining, in detail, everything they suggested needed to be done on the car. I say suggested because at no time did I feel forced in having to do any or all of the repairs. But, I knew I didn't have a choice because I didn't want my wife driving an unsafe vehicle. In total, it was about a day and a half of work well spent. I am VERY happy with the results from Service to repair. What I was not happy with was the price. Given the quantity of work, I knew it was going to cost, but as an example, to charge $59.50 to check out a sliding door, clean the pads and lube the door is over the top. In fact, I have nothing but great things to say about Joe Armstrong, Scott Perak and Brian Kramer, too. More

Christine was very pleasant on the phone and more helpful than the last person I talked to whom did not even return my call, she had an appointment set up and called me daily with what was taking place. I purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, IL. The service was outstanding. My sales consultant was Andy Gavin, who did an excellent job of explaining all the features of the car. He guided me through all that I was about to encounter in the purchase of the vehicle. He covered options such as the warranty and protection plans in a concise and professional manner. He even arranged to have my rental car picked up from the dealership. Most importantly, he kept in touch after the purchase. The entire staff at Phillips Chevrolet was warm and welcoming. I chose Phillips Chevrolet again because of the great service I received on a previous purchase as well as the great service department there. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends, family, and co-workers. More

The service was speedy and well done. Plus it was no charge which was even better. I will be back again. This is the fourth time I have been here. I have worked in the Frankfort area for 7 years, and know I few people that had great experience with Phillips. I had several warning lights come on during my way to work from Northwest Indiana. I past sev I few people that had great experience with Phillips. I had several warning lights come on during my way to work from Northwest Indiana. I past several deals on my way to Frankfort, but based on other peoples experience with Phillips, I was determine to make it to them. I arrived, Christine greeted me almost immediately. She was very friendly and courteous and assured me that the team at Phillips when help me re solve the issues with my car. After going over the issues with my car, Christine offered to have me driven to work and updated me via email during the day as to the progress on my car. I will not hesitate to have Christine and the team at Phillips service my car in the future. Be nice if Phillips started carrying Cadillac's, which is my GM car of choice. Thank you Christine for all your assistance. More

We have never bought a new car before and had no idea what to expect or even how the process went. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and felt welcomed the entire process! Tim and Sam were am what to expect or even how the process went. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and felt welcomed the entire process! Tim and Sam were amazing to work with and got us out the door with the car and a price we wanted. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the whole experience. We got our first oil change and inside detail appointment set up before we left so I didn't have to worry about calling later. I even got a call from Tim asking how we liked the car so far. We don't have another experience to compare it with but I couldn't imagine it could get any better ;) More
