We came to the dealership already knowing the make/model of the vehicle we wanted. Joe was friendly, professional, attentive and answered all of our questions. Most importantly, since our new car purchase, Joe has repeatedly followed up with us to ensure we had a beyond satisfactory experience. On the service front, Christine was friendly and accommodating. We purchased an entertainment system and remote start that had to be installed in our vehicle post-purchase. We had to make a last minute change for our service appointment due to an unexpected scheduling conflict. Christine got us set up with a rental car while our new car was in the shop. All service work was finished two days in advance of the anticipated completion date. More

I called Joe to discuss and within 24 hours I was driving a 2013 Malibu off the lot and I couldn't be more thrilled.
