Great service, great associates I've had my Silverado and my wife's Traverse (both bought from Phillips) serviced in the last couple of months and both experiences could not have bee I've had my Silverado and my wife's Traverse (both bought from Phillips) serviced in the last couple of months and both experiences could not have been better. I dealt with both Cory and Jim for non-routine issues and both were resolved methodically, knowledgeably and courteously. I was never pressured to buy additional services, and warranty items were taken care of with no hassle. I have been buying / servicing there for four years now and I have yet to deal with an associate that I have not liked and respected. More

Traverse repair and airbags fixed Christine and Mel in parts made a needed repair and recall repair go smoothly and with friendliness and courtesy. I am very pleased with the outcome Christine and Mel in parts made a needed repair and recall repair go smoothly and with friendliness and courtesy. I am very pleased with the outcome and they made it an almost effortless service call. The shuttle service took me home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. Repair of Right Turn Signal I brought my 2004 Chevy Silverodo for the repair of an intermitant problem with the right turn signal not working. After having the vehicle the entire I brought my 2004 Chevy Silverodo for the repair of an intermitant problem with the right turn signal not working. After having the vehicle the entire day I received a call stating my brakes had been fixed. The service representative realized after I told her that I brought the vehicle in for a turn signal problem she had the paperwork mixed up an indicated that my vehicle was ready. Upon arriving at the dealership I was directed to the cashier who attempted to give me another vehicle. After getting the correct paperwork I paid for the service which was the replacement of a flasher for $312. Upon driving home I discovered that my left turn signal that was working when I brought it in was not working at all but the right turn signal appearred to be working. I immediately called the service department who asked me to bring the truck back. When I arrived they told me they would get someone right on it and I waited in the waiting room. After about a half hour the service techician finally started to work on my truck as I could see it from the waiting room. After about fifteen minutes a person who I assumed was a manager or supervisor as me if they could keep the truck or could I bring it back on Monday. At that point I was very angry given the fact that they had already had my truck all day and apparently no one thought to try both turn signals after replacing the part. I told the individual I would bring it to my local mechanic to have it fixed. At this point given the fact that the initial problem was intermitant I do not know whether anything has been fixed. I was able to get the left turn signal to work by turning on and off the emergency flashers. I repeat this process when the left flasher intermitantly stops working to get it working again. More

Great Dealership! The reason for this visit was a failure of my power steering motor. I have a 2007 HHR The 09's & 2010 HHR's were recalled for the same power steering The reason for this visit was a failure of my power steering motor. I have a 2007 HHR The 09's & 2010 HHR's were recalled for the same power steering motor failures. The earlier models were not part of the recall but do share the same motor's. The unit in my HHR finally failed. I was aware of the recalls and GM's desire to retro the recalls to earlier models. etc. I called GM and spoke to a customer care agent. They contacted Phillips on my behalf. I emailed and spoke to Phillips myself. I was told to bring the vehicle in for assessment. Phillips replaced the power steering unit at no charge to me. I've had a lot of recalls on this vehicle, and GM has a lot of design issues on the HHR's So I have a history with the dealer. In my case all of the issues were addressed and taken care of as it should've. Dan K the service manager has gone above and beyond for me on several major issues with this HHR. I had warranty/recall service at other dealers in other locals and wasn't satisfied with their resolutions to my problems. So in my case Phillips Chevrolet has been the best car dealership I've ever dealt with. Phillips has done right by me. Louis Trombino More
