He knows his stock, and also has a great personality. Never once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. We were planning on only looking today, because we were already set up to buy a car from another lot on the weekend, but we were truly blown away by not only the great deal we got on the car we bought, but also the time that Anthony took to help us find the best car with the most options within the monthly payment we had planned. Great work!!! Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to buy a car with comfort and low stress. More

My new 2015 Malibu I came into the dealership to get the oil changed on my 2013 Malibu. While I was waiting I had the car assessed for its worth. I talked with Tony an I came into the dealership to get the oil changed on my 2013 Malibu. While I was waiting I had the car assessed for its worth. I talked with Tony and after talking with him and working with him and Brian, I decided to trade my car in and lease a new 2015 Malibu. They worked with me to get the payment affordable for me. After a test drive and all questions were answered, I decided on a Butte Red Metallic 2015 Malibu. I then saw Yasin Yassin, business manager, to finalize all paperwork. Everything was explained thoroughly. These gentlemen were professional, friendly and very patient in dealing with me. After all was done, I drove away in my new Malibu. I love it! I really like dealing with Phillips Chevrolet and have for my last three cars. Thank you, Yasin, Brian and Tony for working with me. Sincerely, Elizabeth Miller P.S. Great Business Model I have been dealing with Phillips for 30 years and they keep getting better. I had a Transmission flush and filter change done. After finding the fi I have been dealing with Phillips for 30 years and they keep getting better. I had a Transmission flush and filter change done. After finding the filter was not accessible without a major overhaul, they charged for a fluid change only, Integrity is one reason I service all 4 vehicles at Phillips. I also like the follow-up e-mail. I can compliment Chris directly or let her know of any concerns. Also needed the drivers door seal replaced. Let Dan know a week before and the parts were there when I brought the Traverse in. 94,000 miles and running so good, the wife will not part with it. More
