Cannot praise Ken Ganley Ford of Norton enough. Christian our sales rep was kind and courteous. Was knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in, and found us a great deal on our new Badlands Christian our sales rep was kind and courteous. Was knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in, and found us a great deal on our new Badlands Bronco Sport. Wife loves it, husband loved how they worked with us to get our best deal. The entire staff from sales to financing, to the service department was wonderful. This was my best experience purchasing a new car in my 62 years. Cannot recommend them more. Do yourself a favor and stop in if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Tom Aquino More

Typical bait and switch greedy dealership. Told them our budget for a used car was $15,000 max. Salesman said he had several options within that price range. Showed me 4 cars that were suppose Told them our budget for a used car was $15,000 max. Salesman said he had several options within that price range. Showed me 4 cars that were supposedly in our budget. After showing interest in one of the cars, the price was now over $16,000 and non negotiable to get close to our budget. They used it as bait knowing it was listed for more than we wanted to spend. Buyer beware! More

I have been through the wringer when it comes to finding a new car and it was such a blessing that Christian handled this for us and made it such a smooth transaction. His knowledge and patience was a breat a new car and it was such a blessing that Christian handled this for us and made it such a smooth transaction. His knowledge and patience was a breath of fresh air! He was able to accommodate all of our needs while we were on site. He was able to answer all of our questions. I’ve never met a car salesman that felt so genuine, and honest to talk to. The test drive with him went amazing. He even recommended a local Italian restaurant to have lunch at. We drove all the way from the Michigan metropolitan Detroit area just to find the perfect car for our needs, and we did! We could not be more pleased with the experience, the kindness and professionalism that was displayed by Christian and the with vehicle that we rolled out with. We will be recommending to everyone looking to purchase a Ford, that they take the time and effort to make the trip down and meet with Christian so that he can handle them in the same manner that he handled us with our purchase.
