Jeep Wrangler JL Sahara 2018. Rockland CJD So I got an offer from White Plains Chrystler Jeep Dodge for a 2018 JL Sahara Wrangler. The offer was invoice price. Rockland CJD matched the offer So I got an offer from White Plains Chrystler Jeep Dodge for a 2018 JL Sahara Wrangler. The offer was invoice price. Rockland CJD matched the offer and beat it by $667. I actually got more options on the Jeep i got at the Rockland dealership than what i was going to get at the White Plains dealership such as remote entry and the painted hardtop. Chris Trois was very helpful throughout the process. It was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a brand new car so far. I can’t recommend them enough. More

The sleazey back in sleaze dealers Complete bait and switch on the car. Was told the car came with certain features available. Instead found out they weren't offered on the vehicle even Complete bait and switch on the car. Was told the car came with certain features available. Instead found out they weren't offered on the vehicle even though it was listed on the vehicle. Was given several false statements regarding the warranty cost and equipment on the car. Complete sleazy sales men. Constantly switching representatives during the deal process. Tried to commit notary fraud by having an office manager notorized documents without being present at the deal. Complete disregard of fraud practices. The sales manager was an intolerable presence during our deal. The finance manager had no problem commiting notary fraud right in front of us during our financing. More

From the second I walked I wasn’t sure what to expect from my first leasing experience, but I was extremely pleased with the service at Rockland Jeep. From the second I walked in to the moment I got in my new car, my sales rep Chris Gunst was accommodating, helpful, and transparent. The entire staff there (especially Chris Trois, both Mikes, Jason) worked quickly to get me into the Jeep I loved in only 2 days despite a few hurdles. They made the process seamless and simple, and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a car. Great experience all around! More
