By far the worst experience I’ve had buying a vehicle, and in my time I have bought a lot… bought a used Jeep no more than “48” hours later bring in for issues and of the 4-5 things I needed looked at one and in my time I have bought a lot… bought a used Jeep no more than “48” hours later bring in for issues and of the 4-5 things I needed looked at one a critical wobble in the front end… and they wanted to charge me!!! Yes it had 1 month, 1000 miles warranty, talk about being honorable and loyal to your customers after much red tape, me yelling and telling them to take it back it was finally resolved… a customer should not have to go through that… by the way it was almost a $30.000 Jeep…. More

Tim made this one of the easiest purchases I have ever made at a car dealership. We showed up 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday and he stayed with us until we were completely finished. After the purchase was finalized, he went over in detail explaining all the bells and whistles to me. Jeep Wrangler JL Sahara 2018. Rockland CJD So I got an offer from White Plains Chrystler Jeep Dodge for a 2018 JL Sahara Wrangler. The offer was invoice price. Rockland CJD matched the offer So I got an offer from White Plains Chrystler Jeep Dodge for a 2018 JL Sahara Wrangler. The offer was invoice price. Rockland CJD matched the offer and beat it by $667. I actually got more options on the Jeep i got at the Rockland dealership than what i was going to get at the White Plains dealership such as remote entry and the painted hardtop. Chris Trois was very helpful throughout the process. It was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a brand new car so far. I can’t recommend them enough. More
