Above and Beyond, the Lou Sobh folks are just awesome! I had a complicated (early lease turn-in and purchase of used Pilot) transaction that took place on the last day of May - everyone from Alex by email I had a complicated (early lease turn-in and purchase of used Pilot) transaction that took place on the last day of May - everyone from Alex by email to Andrea in Sales to Reza in Finance (and I forgot other finance guy's name, oops but he was very helpful too.) The Lou Sobh Team helped make me a very happy camper. Even after an issue with the 'new' (used) vehicle arose they were "on it!" It is no wonder that this is our 4th Honda from these guys and gals. Great experience Chris Sohb was a pleasure to work with on the trade-in of our old Honda and purchase of a new Honda Civic.
