Perfect Trip Perfect Car We could not find the car we wanted in the Pensacola, FL area. A Florida friend in the car service business found one at Lou Sobh and gave them our in We could not find the car we wanted in the Pensacola, FL area. A Florida friend in the car service business found one at Lou Sobh and gave them our info. Chris Sobh called quickly and confirmed they had the car. We traveled 5.5 hours to Atlanta on Saturday expecting to spend all day at the dealership. They had the car prepped and ready to go. We met with Chris to give him our car for trade in info, We confirmed the details of the sale, and gave our money to the person who takes the check. The price and trade in were in the range of the amounts we had envisioned. We were pretty much in and out the door quickly. It was nice to have the time to enjoy the rest of our weekend in Atlanta with our 2018 Civic Soort Touring hatchback. We look forward to doing business with Lou Sobh for our future car buying needs. More

Great service. Great prices. Clear explanations. I bought my Honda CR-V from this dealer. The experience was great. No pressure at all. My salesperson, Chris Sobh could not have been easier to wor I bought my Honda CR-V from this dealer. The experience was great. No pressure at all. My salesperson, Chris Sobh could not have been easier to work with. I test drove the car, left and did some more on-line research, and made an appointment to come back and buy. The price I was quoted was consistent throughout the process. They didn't try to upsell me with stuff I didn't want or need. The financing was great and straight-forward. Cars these days are complicated, and Chris and others at the dealer patiently answered all of my questions and gave me their numbers to call after the sale in case I had any follow up questions (which I did.) Even though this dealership is 45 minutes away from my house, I still take my car their for service because they are all so easy and pleasant to deal with, answer all my questions clearly, and give me a fair price. Really, it is a place that truly believes in long term relationships. More

Decent buying experience I think buying a car is never really a fun task--you always wonder what you left on the table. That being said, this was a very pleasant experience. I think buying a car is never really a fun task--you always wonder what you left on the table. That being said, this was a very pleasant experience. They were not high pressure and thoroughly explained the math every step of the way to make sure we were all on the same page. I appreciate the transparency. At the end of the day, they need to make money and I want to save money. I think we met somewhere in the middle and we can all sleep at night. I look forward to seeing how the service goes on my new Odyssey---that's the real test of a dealership---how they treat you AFTER the sale! More
