This is my 2nd purchase from Ed Martin Toyota, and Josh T made for the most enjoyable buying experience. I could have talked to him forever. I shopped around a few other dealers in Indy & surrounding cities (Muncie, Marion, & Kokomo) just to check the experience & Ed Martin Toyota blows the competition away. I knew exactly what I wanted before walking in the door, so Josh just made the whole process fun. I test drove and purchased within a few hours. Bonus shoutout to Chris in finance for scoring me a much better rate than my walk-in prequal (which I was already happy with). I could not be happier & will be back to trade-in for the new launch of the Land Cruiser. I’ve also serviced my car here for the past few years and adore the service folks. The Wi-Fi is also prime to leverage as a coworking space when buying/servicing (this was a major flaw in almost every other dealership - along w the other sales guys). Side note - major xxxxxxfor bringing the snack bar back & Josh’s charisma, as I entered that afternoon after back to back work calls and forgot lunch….a hangry version of me stumbling across your typical sales guy would have made for tougher negotiations :) More
