Took my business to Ed Martin Toyota after discovering online the vehicle I ultimately purchased. All of the people I worked with at Ed Martin were knowledgeable and friendly and just generally good to wo online the vehicle I ultimately purchased. All of the people I worked with at Ed Martin were knowledgeable and friendly and just generally good to work with through the vehicle purchasing process. There are several areas I could nit pick, but overall I was satisfied with the purchase of the vehicle I was most interested in buying. Ed Martin Toyota conducts their business in a thorough and professional way and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or to buy from them in the future. Suggestions for future improvement would be for the dealership to provide some additional focus for their older customers who may not be as technically savvy. Newer vehicles have an amazing array of beneficial improvements, but only if you know how to use them. An opportunity to attend a class or seminar to learn how to usefully take advantage of all the technology available to you in your newer Toyota vehicle would be a competitive game changer. More
