I had spoke with Finance and Salesmanager Joey over text my son drives all the way over with his bike and truck to trade in . They tell him he’s gonna need a stronger co signer . So my wife and I agreed to help once we get a good figure . Both scores 700/800s btw. Hours go by the Salesmanager has no clue what’s going on , I said you told me to have him come in after we sent u pay offs and pics of the trades and you now have no recollection ? and the finance manager who said come in as well , and we can put him in an ev Daytona , back tracks and texts me “sorry with another client” and my son waited for two hours in the showroom with no reply’s from anyone . In these crazy times when dealers aren’t selling cars you’d think these guys would jump and try and take care of every one they could . The most unprofessional staff I’ve dealt with . And just so you know I just purchased an Audi sq8 from your store and this is how we get treated after the purchase !?!?! There’s no excuse for this More
