Outside of being a father of five, Chris' greatest achievement is earning three college degrees in computer science. Chris enjoys music, photography, woodworking, and travailing with his family. Chris was very helpful in communicating with me online about a vehicle I was interested in. He made sure I had all questions taken care of and responded quickly to set up a time so I could see the vehicle about a vehicle I was interested in. I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service I received from Anthony and his team. First off when you walk into the building you’re in a car lovers dream. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Anthony. He makes miracles happen! Initially I didn’t think we were going to be able to move forward. Anthony worked tirelessly and diligently to work with me and I can’t say thank you enough! I can’t recommend Anthony enough and it helps that he makes your stomach hurt from laughing so much. Let me start by saying I came over 300 miles just to buy from this dealership! I shopped around online and made calls to 5 different dealerships around the state, and chose this one solely because of the from this dealership! I shopped around online and made calls to 5 different dealerships around the state, and chose this one solely because of the guy I spoke to on the phone. I dealt with Chris Mikell (salesman). From that point on, I only had to deal with him directly (nice). He responded to all of my questions about the vehicle quickly, sending pictures of the vehicle and even texting from his personal phone after hours. He helped take care of almost all the paperwork over the phone and email to make my time in the dealership as short and painless as possible. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. He even picked me and my family up from the airport! To me, customer service can be just as important as the deal on the car. Sometimes dealerships can be such a headache.. But not this one. Btw.. I did get a great deal too. THANKS CHRIS MIKELL!! More
