No hassle. No pressure. No bull. Found a nice vehicle for a fair price. We do not live locally, and knew we’d be coming in late. Called ahead and they said no No pressure. No bull. We ended up buying and they stayed 2 hours after close to finish the deal. Even filled up our gas tank before we headed home. Would 10 out of 10 recommend. Zach Childress, only 30 days on the job. Nice young man. Per his own admission, he’s still learning the paperwork. But everyone on the floor was helpful and would come over and check on him. EVERYONE we met was geniunely kind and made the experience a great one. Not one pushy salesman with a mouth full of lies in the bunch. I appreciate that! More

My experience with Lenoir City Ford was outstanding. The process was smooth, and compared to other Ford dealerships, they were not charging over MRSP, which is a Big Plus. My journey began with Pete, wh The process was smooth, and compared to other Ford dealerships, they were not charging over MRSP, which is a Big Plus. My journey began with Pete, who was my salesman never did I feel pressured, but honestly, I felt very comfortable and in control of my purchase. Pete made it about me being happy with my purchase instead of being his next sale. The Journey continued with finance, who made the process easy with no pressure, and the manager, who came and thanked me and brought me a hat with the type of truck I had just bought.
