Had a slight problem with my new to me Ford Raptor and the crew at Cam Clark kept me informed of the course of action and made sure that I was not left hanging wondering what was going on. I had such an amazing experience with Quick Lane Mechanics, getting my tire changed. The manager Nicole even went out of her way to pick up my tire from cochrane after work hours as I had no way of Mechanics, getting my tire changed. Simply the worst dealer I have ever had to deal with. Repairs are often poor quality, part for repairs are often unavailable, I am frequently not notified when repairs will take longer than initially an Repairs are often poor quality, part for repairs are often unavailable, I am frequently not notified when repairs will take longer than initially anticipated and finally, I've had an ongoing transmission problem n what was a new 2020 F150 to which the problem has never been rectified. It's as if the service department was continuously brushing me off for five year waiting for the warrantee to expire so it's no longer their responsibility. Never again will I be visiting this dealer in Canmore or any other of the Cam Clark Ford in the country. Shame on you folks. More
