Rashid made my purchase experience at Whitby Toyota so easy. Reacenty I took my 2012 Rave 4 in for service . While I was there I decided to take a look at the vehicle inventory for a trade up. Having never purchased a vehicle on my own I was nervous and hesitant. I quickly realized that Rashid was not going to push me into purchasing anything that I was not 100 percent sure of. He diligently answered all of my questions and concerns . Most importantly he didn’t rush me and allowed me to take as much time as needed to make a decision without the pressure associated with most dealerships. In the end I decided to purchase and picked up my new Rave 4 two days later. I was then happy to see Rashid was in contact with me the next day to make sure I was 100 percent happy with my purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Rashid to all my friends and family when looking for a new vehicle. This is exactly the experience everyone should have when purchasing a vehicle. More

What I have valued over the years (my first car, a Toyota Corolla SR5, was purchased at Whitby Toyota in 1985) is the warm welcome and the offer of assistance. As time has passed my husband and I have come to be known to many of the staff and are especially pleased with the time provided to us by Gary Brown - our Leasing Expert. We are convinced that the TOYOTA name means that one will drive away with a beautiful and safe automobile (or truck, although we've not tried these). The vehicles continue to be updated with user friendly electronics and safety features. Our more recent vehicle, a 2020 Toyota Corolla SR is a great car. It's spacious and the rear camera provides an excellent view. The first time I drove the car I felt as though I was driving on silk ... it is such a smooth ride. I can't say enough about the PEOPLE and the PRODUCTS at Whitby Toyota. More
