I have extensive knowledge in warranties, and dealership services and policies, and understand the ins and outs of financing, insurance and all after-sales options. Previous to my experience as an F&I Advisor, I worked as a salesperson. I went to Whitby Toyota to purchase the first new vehicle I have ever bought wanting something similar to the 2005 Toyota Matrix I had to finally part with. Arda showed me the Corolla Cross and I was smitte I have ever bought wanting something similar to the 2005 Toyota Matrix I had to finally part with. Arda showed me the Corolla Cross and I was smitten. Arda and Chris did all the paperwork and follow up and in just 6 months I received my Corolla Cross.
