Hi, I'm Chris. I have been in the business for 33 years, and in that time I have assisted many customers with the purchase of their new vehicles. I have extensive knowledge in warranties, and dealership services and policies, and understand the ins and outs of financing, insurance and all after-sales options. Previous to my experience as an F&I Advisor, I worked as a salesperson. I have built relationships with many repeat clients over the years, and desire to achieve the very best in customer service experience possible. Rashid and Whitby Toyota Go Above and Beyond We called Whitby Toyota, as, we remembered an advertisement in a Magazine we receive mentioning Whitby Toyota in conjunction with an organization my h We called Whitby Toyota, as, we remembered an advertisement in a Magazine we receive mentioning Whitby Toyota in conjunction with an organization my husband is a member of...The salesperson who responded to our call was Rashid Lorgat. From the first conversation we had with Rashid, we immediately know that he was professional, knowledgeable, and an ethical person..We explained that we were waiting to hear from our local dealership, but were curious to know if Whitby Toyota was associated with my husbands organization..We let him know what we were interested in, and currently waiting on our local dealership...He thanked us for calling, and said he respected our first query with our local dealership...After two weeks he followed up to find out if we found the vehicle we were looking for. We were surprised to tell him that our local dealership had not called us back after two weeks with us making two phone calls speaking with the salesperson we previously purchased from ..we were very pleased to hear from him..Speaking with him, we felt no pressure, only a pleasant conversation and an expectation of finding something we would want to purchase or lease. We made an appointment to meet with him, and had to cancel due to a blizzard in our area. We rescheduled and met with him on a different day. Again,we felt no pressure. We were assured to keep safe, and come when we were able. We arrived at the dealership and were interested in a model that had been previously PDI'd. It was a perfect match for us, exactly what we were looking for. We came to an agreement with Rashid, after the Whitby team reviewed our vehicle, and gave us a purchase quote. We mentioned that our drive was three hours round trip, would there be anyway we could complete the deal that day, and return with the vehicle. We were doubtful that this was possible...Rashid spoke to the people involved. Due to the whole dealership working hard on our behalf IT HAPPENED........ We have purchased many vehicles in our lifetime, and never have we encountered this kind of service at any dealership. Rashid, not only made us feel like we were special customers, (as we are sure he does with all his customers) but his courtesy, professionalism, and kindness went above and beyond..We will recommend Rashid and Whitby Toyota to anyone we speak with.. A great experience with Gary Brown I dealt with Gary Brown and found him to be friendly knowledgeable but not pushy when informing me about the best vehicle for my needs. Poor after sale service I got the vehicle 2 weeks ago. Its a leased vehicle and I took Excess Wear and Tear Insurance with that. But I changed my mind and wanted to cancel th I got the vehicle 2 weeks ago. Its a leased vehicle and I took Excess Wear and Tear Insurance with that. But I changed my mind and wanted to cancel the Wear and Tear insurance. I went 2 times at Whitby Toyota and called them so many times too. Everytime they told me to contact with Toyota Credit. I spoke so many times with Toyota Credit and they sending me to Whitby Toyota. As I bought the vehicle and got the the insurance from Whitby Toyota so they have responsibility to sort out this issue. Now I am at the middle of the situation. Whitby Toyota or Toyota Credit no one is sorting the situation. Feeling Whitby Toyota sold the vehicle now they have no responsibility. Its their duty to sort it out coz I am their customer. Also when I bought it I was told that there will 5000 aeroplan points, But its nearly 3 weeks still i haven't received the point. I was told it would be updated within 2/3 days. Vehicle sold so no more service from Whitby Toyota.Its really not acceptable. More

AMAZING!!!! I went in to Whitby Toyota after visiting several other dealerships and test driving cars. I was looking at the Toyota Corolla in the showroom when Mi I went in to Whitby Toyota after visiting several other dealerships and test driving cars. I was looking at the Toyota Corolla in the showroom when Mitch introduced himself and asked me if I had any questions. I asked Mitch if he had a 2018 Toyota Camry in the Blue/Black XSE and he said that they do have one. He asked if i was interested in seeing it and possibly taking it for a test drive. I was in fact looking to test drive and was excited about this car. Mitch then went to find the keys but unfortunately the car was in the back and was unavailable to test drive, but then he told me that they have a black one which we can drive...so we went for a test drive. I enjoyed the car and told Mitch I would have to bring my wife back so she could test drive it as well. Not once was there any pressure about purchasing the car during the test drive or when we got back. Mitch was doing an amazing job creating rapport with me instead of a pressure salesman....which I really appreciated. I brought my wife back to test drive the car and we spoke to Mitch about the V6 as well so he suggested we test drive both, so when we went out in the 4 cyl Mitch got the V6 set up and also paid attention to my wife as she said she wanted a white car. SO when we got back from the test drive Mitch found a white Camry and had that set up for us when we returned. Needless to say we ended up buying the Camry XSE V6 which they brought in from a different dealership and I cannot stress enough about how great Mitch was through our whole buying process. Whitby Toyota has a great sales advisor and if you are looking for a Toyota my wife and I highly recommend Mitch Dunn from Whitby Toyota!!! More
