Fast forward 3 years, I went back to Chevon when I decided to by a truck from my construction company. I ended up getting a F150, with no regrets. Chevon has a magic touch to keep his customers coming back. I recently visited him to discuss trading in my Explorer 2012 for a new one. I didnt understand many aspects about leasing cars but he really took the time to explain everything in great detail, show me as many options as possible, and took me on a bunch of test drives. Eventually when i picked one, he explained every little thing about the car to me and overall i couldnt be happier. The main thing I liked was how he looked at it from my own perspective, instead of a broker/dealers perspective. Really appreciated that! The first time we never intended to buy an Escape but we ran into Chevon in the lot and he allowed us to try the vehicle at our own pace and without smothering us so we gave it a chance. We had visited dozens of dealerships and test driven many different of cars but we ended up liking the Escape and left Erinwood a few days later with that exact car we test drove. We loved the car - by the end of the lease the only downside was the fuel economy. We had no feelings of brand or dealership loyalty by the end of the first lease so we visited a number of dealerships and test drove many cars. We began to realize that the C-Max was probably that perfect balance between what we liked in the Escape and wanting better fuel economy. This was exactly what Chevon recommended. He allowed us to try the car out several times in differing weather in what ended up being a long shopping period as we were waiting to try the new Sync 3. Our lease ended before the 2016 C-Max could arrive and Ford delivered the car a month late so Chevon set us up with a temporary car and took care to keep us updated on our new car`s fabrication. The actual purchase was totally painless and was completed in less than an hour. When it comes to the sales department I have nothing negative to say. More

Close but no cigar. Upon entering the trailer sales office, Mr. Jackson took on the task of fulfilling my requirements. I simply told him what I wanted to accomplish and what vehicle I was interested in. Through no fault of his own, the vehicle I was interested in ended up being sold by another salesperson as we were negotiating a trade in value and a test drive. Obviously there is a flaw in the dealership system that does not identify when a vehicle is being worked on by another salesperson. In this day and age of computers and modernization I have to put the blame entirely on the dealership and their staff for failure to communicate and share information. I did read all the positive recommendations and even had a close friend refer me to the dealership from his personal experience, and I can assure your the wonderful sales folks are top notch. I'm hoping to resolve my current situation with a similar vehicle. More
