I started my search by stopping in at all the dealerships along Shelburne Rd. I had no brand loyalty, and just needed to buy something that would work for one of our employees. My search stopped with Charl along Shelburne Rd. I had no brand loyalty, and just needed to buy something that would work for one of our employees. My search stopped with Charlie Moriarty at Heritage Ford, not because they had any particular vehicle that nobody else had, but for one reason: Charlie listened. At other dealerships, they tried to tell me what I needed and steer me toward an over-budget vehicle. Charlie didn't assume that he knew better than I did for what our company needed. He listened, asked great follow-up questions, and then worked hard to find multiple different options that would work for us. For every future vehicle purchase, I'll always go to Charlie. More
