Service is always great but the wait times are ridiculous. Oil changes should not be 2+ hours. This I feel you should be able to bring you vehicle in on lunch and be out in 45 to 60 minutes at mos ridiculous. Oil changes should not be 2+ hours. This I feel you should be able to bring you vehicle in on lunch and be out in 45 to 60 minutes at most. I have brought my truck in at 07:30 at opening and been in the front of the line and did not leave until after 10am. I feel there needs to be better triage of vehicles coming in or staffing issues need to be addressed. More
