Everything was great, communication 8/10, i was disappointed that the salesman lied to me and told I was approved with the same interest rate/term as the loan I was approved for with my current ban disappointed that the salesman lied to me and told I was approved with the same interest rate/term as the loan I was approved for with my current bank, when I finally arrived at the finance manager’s office the rate was 1% higher than what I thought. Not a big deal for me because I’m just going to get it refinanced with my bank as soon as the loan is posted but I wasn’t happy with how my salesman lied to me. Other than that, he was courteous, polite and accommodating. More
