Disappointed Every time I have had my vehicle serviced with Ferman I have had to return. From not resetting the alarms for oil, tires! The last one got new tires s Every time I have had my vehicle serviced with Ferman I have had to return. From not resetting the alarms for oil, tires! The last one got new tires spent 1400 only to have to return the car due to chassis stabilization alarm coming on. The only positive they did come and pick car up and returned it. But the service I expect from owning a high end car they fall very short. I am in fact going to try another BMW dealership that is actually closer for me for service. If it falls below my expectations time to get a new car. And guess what brand it will not be not because I don’t love how the car drives it will be the service I receive. I feel it is important to convey this because it can’t be fixed if you don’t know about it. Yes little things prior but the last incident just makes me wonder how attentive to details are the workers actually doing the work. I hope this helps to resolve this for a future customer. Also hoping the next visit will go well!! More
