A/C check Checked system for any a/c faults. A/C had one occasion that it did not operate at all...no signs of life; however, worked fine after that. System c Checked system for any a/c faults. System check was clear, no faults found Also, Cesar and I discussed the 'vinegar' smell that is happening frequently from vents. Cesar recommend that I have a condenser conditioning performed at my own expense, not a warranty item. More

Cesar Tereso Service Advisor Cesar was the best Service Advisor I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Unlike other Advisors I’ve had in the past Cesar was very proactive. N Cesar was the best Service Advisor I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Unlike other Advisors I’ve had in the past Cesar was very proactive. Not once did I have to follow up with him because he always kept me up to date the entire time Ferman had my car. It was nice to not have to do my own job and someone else’s for a change!
