I had an appointment to correct a warning light or part needed. When I arrived I was told 40 minutes later it needed a new part and would have to come back the next day. When I came back the next day wit needed. When I arrived I was told 40 minutes later it needed a new part and would have to come back the next day. When I came back the next day with a known problem the car had to be kept overnight after being at the dealer for 6 hours. This was something known to be faulty by BMW not sure why the service dept didn’t have a better handle on the problem. More
