I was very pleased on how the process went. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I like how I was able to get the registration at signing with no trip to the DMV. I also liked how they took care of the car insurance right there as well and lastly I loved how they had a bay set aside with the old vehicle and new vehicle to swap everything over. Valentina was extremely helpful with showing me everything on the new Lexus and helping me set everything up. Everyone was great! I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who did my paperwork but he was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. As well as the other gentleman who was working with Ronald who was helping me also. He is a great salesman !Thank you to everyone! More

My experience with this dealership was incredible! Cesar the sales agent who took care of me went above and beyond to get me my dream car. He also provided valuable insight for my first car purchase a Cesar the sales agent who took care of me went above and beyond to get me my dream car. As my car was in transit, he communicated status updates and made sure I was set for success at the time to pickup it up as I was coming from another city. When the car was finally here, he waited for my arrival and helped me set up everything. He helped me set up the Lexus app and the car itself. Furthermore, he walked me through how to use all the settings in the car and important things to know. Cesar truly made my first car purchase a unique and magical experience and will always come back to this dealership. Thank you Cesar and the finance team for such an amazing and kind service. More
