Verbally I dealt with Cathy Muzzi in sales traded Mt truck in expecting 34000 which we agreed too went there to pick up my new 2021 laramie I purchased from her someone went out looked at my truck and n truck in expecting 34000 which we agreed too went there to pick up my new 2021 laramie I purchased from her someone went out looked at my truck and nothing was said signed paperwork only to find out they only gave me 29000 did not think anything about it and signed away .I thought they were an honest dealership so yes I purchased it back in May decided to view sales contract and realized I got shorted by5000 dollars I called Cathy Muzzi today and she had nothing to say then her boss calls me and says that was back in May he can not do anything about it now told to email cs@peel chrysler to discuss this I am disappointed with this with all the numbers on the sales contract I got screwed will never deal with them again More
