I waited 3 hours for an oil change and inspection. I had an appointment and arrived on time. The car was in the bay for about an hour before anybody looked at it. Granted I got the car washed but that too an appointment and arrived on time. The car was in the bay for about an hour before anybody looked at it. Granted I got the car washed but that took only about 20 minutes. I did the cabin and air filter replacement myself. Cost me $30 and 15 minutes of my time to replace them. As for the tires the BF Goodrich G-Force A/S tires have a 45,000 mile warranty. The tires only have about 15,000 miles on them. I don’t do burn outs and the tires where nowhere near the tread wear markers. The service receipt said the tires couldn’t be rotated because they were rotational. Prior service receipts said they had been rotated. The car has staggered tires which can be rotated from right front to left front and right rear to left rear. I can just imagine how much longer I would have waited if all the recommended service was performed let alone how much of a hit my credit card would have taken. More

Carolina my service advisor is the best! Always on top of her job and communication. When necessary Felipe the service manager is equally as great and offers great solutions to any issues.
